COD is available at select pin codes and may attract an additional handling fee, which will be clearly communicated at checkout.
All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. A GST invoice will be issued for every purchase. For B2B orders requiring a GST invoice in your company's name, please provide your valid GSTIN at the time of placing the order.
We ship to most serviceable pin codes across India. We currently do not offer international shipping unless separately communicated.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner, natural events, or force majeure.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. Free shipping thresholds may apply and are subject to change.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery due to an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

If unresolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana. Subject to the above, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms limits or affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation.
